    Print a QR label

    Generate from the dashboard or upload an order from your website. The label has the QR, the order number, and the delivery address. Use the same thermal printer you already have for shipping labels.

    Stick it on top of the box

    Exactly where the customer can see. Everything is transparent from the get go.

    Customer scans on arrival

    Phone camera opens FreshProof. Two photos and three taps later, the record is sealed on our servers, cryptographically signed, immutable, and never editable from the phone or the dashboard.

    You see it live

    Activity appears in your dashboard the moment a QR is scanned. The evidence sits behind your account, nowhere else. Nobody else can read it, edit it, or share it.

If your delivery turned up with a FreshProof QR on top, scan it with your phone camera before unpacking. The flow is the retailer’s, you do not need a FreshProof account.

  2. 2. Follow the short flowA photo of the box, a photo inside, a few taps. About ninety seconds.
  3. 3. DoneIf anything is wrong, the retailer replies on your order email.
